Chicago Strength Barbell Club is a group of individuals that utilizes the Olympic Lifts with a focus on competing at the local, regional, and National level. Our Barbell Club is also specifically designed to introduce people to the sport of Olympic Lifting and also caters to the recreational lifter.

What times does the club meet?
Monday 5:30 to 7:30 pm
Wednesday 5:30 to 7:30pm
Thursday 5:30 to 7:30pm
Saturday 10:30 to 12:30 am
Can I lift outside of those meeting times?
Of course! But, you will need to lift when we have a CrossFit class and must check in and warm up with that class before starting your lifts! Also, you must be cleared to lift alone or outside of class times by the barbell club coach.

I want to lift but I dont want to compete?
Competing is NOT a requirement. We would love for everyone to try a competition, but we fully understand that a lot of us just want to lift for health, wellness, and also as a hobby!
How Much does the Barbell Club Cost?
3 visits per week = 165 per month
Unlimited Access = 195 per month
(includes access to basic programming)
